Criminal Law Experience Mr. DeFazio is a member in good standing of the Bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, having been admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1984. Mr. DeFazio is an active trial practitioner with over twenty-five (25) years criminal litigation experience throughout Western Pennsylvania Mr. DeFazio served as an Assistant District Attorney in Allegheny County from 1986 to 1988, engaged in all phases of criminal prosecution. Mr. DeFazio is qualified under Pennsylvania Criminal Procedure Rule 801 to handle death penalty cases.
